Beginning a Business in the Cement Trade
When Shravan got into the cement business in 2014, things changed a lot. This was the first step on his way to becoming a business owner. The cement business made him feel good about himself and his money. Over time, he worked with TMT steel as part of his job, which was fun.
He was smart and put the money he made back into his businesses as they grew. He later worked in mines, on ships and to build a large fleet of trucks. He learnt how to run big businesses, handle goods, and lead people through this growth.
The Hope of Beginning an Airline
About four years ago, Shravan started to think about starting his own plane. He didn’t care that the flying business has strict rules and high costs. He found out more about the business and started getting ready for the government to give the go-ahead.
Shankh Air was his dream that slowly came true. The airline just got the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, which is a big step towards starting up. With this permission, Shankh Air became India’s newest airline.
When is Shankh Air going to start running?
It is planned that Shankh Air will start flying in January 2026. The airline wants to use three planes in its first phase of operations. Lucknow will be able to link to big towns like Delhi and Mumbai through the first lines.
The company wants to grow slowly. Shankh Air wants to expand its lines across India and then look into foreign options in the future.
