Stranger Things season 5 volume 1 can be watch on Netflix starting November 27, 2025, at 6:30 am IST. The second volume will come out on December 26, 2025, one day after Christmas. In contrast, the last show will air on January 1, 2026. The last episode will be shown in over 350 theaters in the US and Canada starting December 31, 2025, at 5 pm PT, so fans will be able to watch it on a big screen.

Stranger Things Season 5 Part 1 worldwide release schedule
The release date, time, and plan for Stranger Things Season 5 Part 1 also take into account time zones around the world. On November 26, December 25, and December 31, episodes will be released at 8 pm ET/5 p.m. PT.
The rollout will happen around the world at 1 am GMT, 2 am CET, 10 am JST, and 12 pm AEDT.
This is different from how Netflix usually releases Stranger Things, 5 episodes in the UK at 8 am.

How long does Stranger Things Season 5 Part 1 last?
The creators confirmed the following runtimes for Volume 1:
