Alexandr Wang is Meta’s new chief AI officer, appointed in 2025 to lead the Meta Superintelligence Labs. Born in New Mexico to Chinese scientists, Wang has been passionate about computer programming and math since childhood.  Wang was only 17 when he got his first full-time engineering job at Addepar.
