Cars to look forward to at the 2016 Auto Expo

Auto Expo-The Motor Show 2016, the 13th edition of largest automotive event in India will be held from 5-9 February in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR.
Of the several models that will be unveiled at Auto Expo 2016, here we bring you 14 cars that you shouldn’t miss at the show.

Volkswagen Polo Stuffe/Bora: Based on the platform of the Polo, Volkswagen’s new compact sedan codenamed Stuffe/Bora will be launched at the Auto Expo 2016. The notchback is expected to be launched in the price range of 6 lakhs.

Maruti XA Alpha

Maruti XA Alpha: Maruti’s much awaited compact SUV will make it presence at the Auto Expo. The new car will go up against the Ford EcoSport, Renault Duster and Hyundai Creta. Based on the existing Maruti Suzuki Swift platform, we expect the XA Alpha to be priced between Rs 6-9 lakh.

Toyota Innova

Toyota Innova: Loved and cherish by many, the new Innova is a highly anticipated vehicle which will be seen on display. The new Innova will feature a completely refreshed new design on the exterior and interior.

Skoda Superb 2016

Skoda Superb: Skoda will have on display the aggressively styled new Superb which will replace the outgoing version. The new superb has been sculpted with a similar design philosophy as the Skoda Octavia but at a more luxurious level.

Mahindra S101/KUV100

Mahindra S101/KUV100: After recently releasing a teaser image of the S101/KUV100, Mahindra is all set to launch it Compact SUV to the Indian market. The vehicle will be launch with petrol and diesel engine variants.

Jaguar XE

Honda BR-V

Honda BR-V: With boom for SUV vehicle in current market Honda will launch its offering the BRV at the Auto Expo 2016. The BRV will the first SUV by the carmaker to be launch with a diesel option.

Tata Zica Sedan: Recently unveiled in December, the Tata Zica (ZIppy CAr) is the manufacturer’s replacement to the Indica. The Tata Zica hatchback will be available with both a petrol and diesel engines and will go up against the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Celerio, the Hyundai i10 and the Chevrolet Beat.

Ford Mustang

Ford Mustang: Finally after load of pursuance, Ford will showcase its iconic Mustang to India. The globally renowned Mustang will bring competition to the Audi TT and BMW Z4.

Toyota Vios

Toyota Vios: With the Toyota Corolla Altis being positioned as a more premium offering in India, the Japanese manufacturer has no presence in the C segment sedan category. Now though, Toyota will launch a new car, the Vios to take on the likes of the Honda City, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, the Volkswagen Vento and the Hyundai Verna amongst others.

2016 BMW 7 Series

BMW will be launching its sixth generation of the luxurious 7 series at the Auto Expo 2016. The current outgoing version has been around for around five years and is due to an upgrade.

Mercedes Benz GLC

Mercedes-Benz GLC: Mercedes-Benz will debut a luxury crossover at the Delhi Auto Expo 2016. The new vehicle will have the interiors of a sedan and the stance of an SUV. The GLC-Class is aimed squarely at the Volvo XC60, BMW X3, Porsche Macan, Audi Q5, and the Land Rover Discovery Sport.

2016 Audi A4
